If you’re at all interested in real estate topics, be sure to check out Cardea Commercial’s Web site. It is very nicely designed, and quite informative, especially on topics such as tic investment. In case you aren’t familiar with TIC, that’s tenant in common. It’s completely new information to me, but, apparently in a tenant in common investment, each of the investors owns a “fractional, undivided interest” (in other words, a portion) of a real estate asset such as a park or an apartment complex. I don’t know about you, but to me it sounds like a really great way to make some money.
While all of the information on tenant in common investments is interesting to me, probably my favorite part of the Cardea Commercial Web site is the informative Frequently Asked Questions portion of their Web site. I have grown into the habit of always looking for the FAQ on a site in order to skip to the important information that I am seeking, and Cardea’s FAQ is no disappointment. If you are interested in learning more about real estate, check them out!
