As a child, I was completely enthralled with my Nintendo, and, like most kids I always had to have the latest and greatest systems and games. Time passed, adulthood happened, and my gaming systems were moved to the far corner of my closet, where they spent the better part of the last decade collecting dust. Recently, however, I’ve felt a real urge to buy the Nintendo Wii, after hearing such wonderful things about it from my friends and family. My boyfriend and I have even tried to purchase it several times at local stores in our town, but it has been consistently sold out, which is very frustrating! Luckily, I was browsing the wonderful weekly deals on Buy.com, and found an absolutely outstanding value on a Nintendo Wii System and 2008 Super Smash Bundle!
For only $499.99, the bundle includes not only the elusive Nintendo Wii gaming system, but also a selection of the hottest games, including Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, and Carnival games. I have a feeling that the Nintendo Wii and this selection of games will give me that sense of nostalgia that I crave, while also opening up a whole new world of gaming technology for me. That, plus it’s going to be really fun to kick my boyfriend’s butt at a few games. What can I say, I am a very competitive girl. Thank goodness that I found this awesome deal on Buy.com, because I was getting sick of being disappointed by the lack of selection locally.

I must confess that I’ve never understood the appeal of Mario. Mind you, I was a SEGA boy many years ago, so Sonic was the platform game of choice.
Something I never really “got” when it came to Mario…how comes he spends his time running all over the place but is still really chubby?

adulthood should never just happen! ha! i myself wouldn’t mind a Wii but the husband is dead-set against it. Oh well, I’ll live with my DS and the SNES.
