Digital photo frames

I remember several years ago when I first started seeing digital photo frames on the internet. I say that I remember seeing them on the internet, because they weren’t readily available in department stores until relatively recently it seems. I have always thought that it was a really cool idea, and especially after looking at a few of them at a local retailer the other day. I think that it would be a great idea for a gift, especially since I am a photographer and I could pre-load it with my own photos or artwork. Of course, I have been browsing the internet looking for a good sale on a digital photo frame, and I found a nice one on Buy.com’s Weekly Deals page. It is the Nextar (N7-115) 7” Digital Photo Frame, and what I really love about this particular digital photo frame is the design, which is very clean and contemporary. Plus, it’s under fifty dollars, which makes it much more tempting to actually buy it.

It would be really cool to buy one of these and load it with special family portraits and then give it as a birthday or Christmas gift. I need to write this down somewhere, so that next holiday season when I am scrambling for gift ideas, I can pull this one out of my hat. I should probably go ahead and buy a couple of them while Buy.com has this sale running!
